175 goats were distributed to 35 households that were classified as vulnerable in Belo District near Tsiribihina, Menabe Region, yesterday 29 November 2022.
Support from the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock for the farmers who keep livestock from the Commune of Bemarivo Ankirondro and Belo near Tsiribihina. So every household received 5 goats, 1 male and 4 female goats.
An event carried out by DRAE Menabe and the AD2M Project led by the Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock and attended by the local government representatives. Aim is to continuously develop Goat Farming sector and improve and develop the livelihood of Farmers in order to achieve the goals for food sovereignty.
