The 20th cultural sport competition and 16th cultural sport festival that is being organized by South Wollo zone sport council has ended.
The overall result of the competition made Gambo Woreda superiority by 47 points. Werebabo Woreda in the second place with 44 points and Jama Woreda has 30 points overall.
The winner of the 16th cultural festival night which is the highlight of the 20th sport competition is 1st Delanta 2nd Kutaber 3rd Kalu and Delanta Woreda cup.
Regarding the overall results of indoor sports, Gebeta 12 won the cup in men’s and women’s legambo woreda, Gebeta 18 won the trophy in men’s jama and women’s won the trophy.
Kurbo competition won the trophy in male Kalu and Tenta in female. In the same way Kurbo has won the trophy for Gambo mixed.
Werebabo won the trophy with the male arrow and Jama won the trophy in the female arrow mixed werebabo won the trophy.
Male and Female overall winner for Gambo won 2 trophies while male for Gambo district won the trophy and female analyst won.
In the game of Shah, a man won a trophy around Dessie, and a woman won a trophy on a horseback, a man and a woman won the trophy with a werebabo trophy, a horse Gugs Tehuledere won the trophy.
Among the Christmas games that took place, Werebabo got the trophy and Kutaber Woreda won two trophies for their behaviour and competition.
The winner of the tournament was taken to Gambo Woreda, star scorer from Legambo, star player from Werebabo, star coach from Werebabo won the trophy.
The 20th sport competition and the 16th cultural festival of South Wollo zone has been held for nine consecutive days without any problems. The Kutaber district administration council and the sport council have been awarded certificates for their hard work and success of the competition by the South Wollo zone sport council.
