MANAKARA OPENS A CENTER FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITY AND THE ELDERLY PEOPLE
The President of the Republic of Madagascar, Andry RAJOELINA and the officials of the Government led by the Prime Minister NTSAY Christian have inaugurated many infrastructures in the district of Manakara.
The facility will include a disability community centre that includes offices, conference rooms, playgrounds, visitor centres, medical facilities and fan facilities a treasure and a bathroom stall.

The Minister of Population, SOAFILIRA Princia attended the event along with civilian and military dignitaries.
Many people with disabilities who will receive services from the Department of Population through the new office, attended the evemt.
There is still a lot of infrastructure being done to accommodate women, children, elderly and people with disabilities across the Island.
