COMMEMORATING PRINCE RATSIMAMANGA OF MADAGASCAR

The commemoration of the 125th anniversary of the shooting of Prince Ratsimamanga and Rayandriamampanga by the colonisers to refresh the history of the kingdom and the country of Madagascar.
As a part of reviving the history of the country and its culture, the 125th anniversary of the shooting of Prince Ratsimamanga and Fatherandriamampandry was celebrated at the national library today.
Reviving such culture is important for the generation and the country so the Minister of Communications and Culture Lalatiana Rakotondrazafy ANDRIATONGARIVO considers it a duty to promote it.
The Royal Fathers from all sides of the Island came to attend and honor it.

Prince Ratsimamanga is a descendant of Andriambelomasina, who ruled Ambohimanga in the year 1730-1770. He held several high roles as Counsellor to King Ranavalona III. Prince Ratsimamanga is also the eldest son of ZANAKANDRIANA
It is noted that Prince Ratsimamanga is the grandfather of Pr Albert Rakoto Ratsimanganga.
