THE MEDICAL CARAVAN TO OFFER FREE MEDICAL TREATMENT

Free Medical treatment is coming near you, the exercise is a great thing for those that can’t access or afford medical treatment
The Medical caravan that will last for a week, will be hosted in four places and after the district of Manjakandriana the district of Brickaville and the commune of Mahavelona (Foulpointe) in the Eastern Region and will end in the commune ina Mahambo, district of Fenoarivo Atsinanana, Analanjirofo Region.

The fourth edition of the “health caravan” started today June 7, 2022 at the State Palace of Iavoloha. The wife of the President, Mrs. Mialy RAJOELINA, together with fellow stakeholders, attended the event.

The aim of the movement is to provide proper and normal treatment to the community at the core and to promote the fight against violence. In this fourth edition the “caravan de health” will cover the Eastern Region and Analanjirofo in a week: it will pass through Manjakandriana, Brickaville and Foulpointe, and it will end in Mahambo.

Several health services were seen during the event: mammography, radiography, screening and prevention of malnutrition, COVID-19 and HIV, dental and liver care and the installation of substitutes. Maternal and child health is also not to be forgotten: prenatal vaccinations, monitoring for pregnant women, birth control and ovarian cancer screening.

The President’s wife specially thanked WHO for providing free medicines for the medical purpose. He also did not forget all the non-discrimination partners who came together to make this event happen.
